وتابع: “في أول عامين له في ريال مدريد، كان صغيرًا للغاية وكان يتخذ قرارات خاطئة في المباريات خاصة في إنهاء الهجمات”.

And that’s what he did at Eden Gardens, he said.”It’s important to look at the team score, because that’s how you will build your innings, you need to know where your team stands,” Rohit said, after his 264 off 173 balls powered India to 404 for 5 against Sri Lanka. “It’s important to know what the score is and how many overs have been bowled, and how many overs of each bowler are left. I think it’s very important to think when you’re batting, and that’s what I did.”Rohit was playing his first match for India in two and a half months, having been sidelined by a finger injury and a shoulder strain. He had shown signs of hitting the top form straightaway in his return to competitive cricket – the warm-up game in Mumbai against the Sri Lankans before this series – when he scored 142 off 111 balls. After that break, Rohit joked, he was relieved to get time in the middle. “After a few months’ break, so I’m not really tired, I was ready to bat another 50 overs,” he said, adding that the pitch made it necessary for him to not throw away his start.”But yeah, jokes apart, I was determined and dedicated to getting a big one. Entendemos que poderíamos ter uma força maior com a marcação do Liziero e uma força maior ofensiva com uma dupla de atacantes. Surtiu efeito, acabaram fazendo o gol. Um jogador que estava há muito tempo sem ter um jogo de tantos minutos. Está de parabéns, não só ele, como toda a equipe. Vencer o Athletico aqui é difícil, demora um tempo para se adaptar ao campo e a tudo. Administramos bem no segundo tempo. Foi um time muito cascudo.

O São Paulo fica na quarta colocação, com 30 pontos, muito perto do rival da Baixada Santista. A próxima meta? O comandante prefere não revelar.

São características do jogo. Não tínhamos uma equipe com velocidade de contra-ataque, tínhamos uma equipe rápida com a bola. Não tínhamos a velocidade do Toró, Pato ou Everton. Se temos um desses para por na segunda etapa, temos chances maiores de matar o jogo no contra-ataque. Então fomos mais cadenciados. Todos estão de parabéns, fizemos uma grande partida. É difícil ter todos as disposição, mas quanto mais melhor. Temos que valorizar muito os jogadores que guerrearam aqui.

MUDANÇAS DEFENSIVAS
não costumo ter a melhor defesa. Acho que em 2016, com o Palmeiras, tivemos melhor ataque e defesa. Geralmente priorizo o ataque. O ataque também ajuda a marcar. Não tenho vergonha de falar que mudei ‘para trás’. Entraram Willian Farias e Juanfran. Tenho que optar pelo que nos deixa mais seguro. Vamos ver se conseguimos fazer mais gols. Estamos muito contentes com o desempenho após a parada da Copa América.

يفتتح فريق الكرة الأول بالنادي الأهلي مشواره بالبطولة حديثة العهد دوري السوبر الإفريقي (الدوري الإفريقي) غدًا الجمعة وذلك بمواجهة سيمبا التنزاني.

المباراة من المقرر إقامتها في تمام الساعة السادسة، على ملعب استاد “عزام” معقل فريق سيمبا، في ذهاب دور الـ8 ببطولة دوري السوبر الإفريقي.

ومن المقرر أن تستمر منافسات بطولة دوري السوبر على مدار أربعة أسابيع بدايٍة من لقاءات ربع النهائي التي تبدأ غدًا 20 أكتوبر الجاري، ينما تُلعب مباريات دور نصف النهائي في الفترة ما بين 29 أكتوبر و1 نوفمبر، والنهائي يومي 5 و11 نوفمبر 2023.

ويُشارك في البطولة 8 أندية في نسختها الجديدة، وهي الأهلي، وصن داونز الجنوب إفريقي، والوداد المغربي، والترجي الرياضي التونسي، وسيمبا التنزاني، وبترو أتلتيكو الأنجولي، وأنيمبا النيجيري، ومازيمبي الكونغولي.

ويطمح الأهلي في المضي قدمًا نحو تحقيق البطولة في نسختها الأولى، إذ يصطدم حال فوزه بالمتأهل من مباراة صن داونز الجنوب إفريقي وبترو أتلتيكو الأنجولي في دور نصف النهائي لدوري السوبر الإفريقي.

من المقرر أن تذاع مباريات بطولة دوري السوبر الإفريقي، عبر قناة أون تايم سبورتس، وكذلك شبكة قنوات أبو ظبي الرياضية وذلك بجانب منصة “فيفا بلس” التابعة للاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم.

The team management has clarified that Bawne was only resting as a precautionary measure and that he would return to bat at some point during the Maharashtra innings.Bawne tried to duck under a short-pitched delivery from the debutant Maninder Singh. It was the fourth ball of what would have been the last over before lunch. Bawne took his eyes off the ball, which didn’t rise as much as expected and thudded into the left side of his helmet. Bawne immediately removed his helmet, which seemed to have suffered some damage.Team doctor Abhishek Joshi rushed out to attend to Bawne, by which time most of the Punjab players had surrounded the batsman to check if he was okay. The batsman looked shaken by the blow and the umpires decided to take lunch with two balls remaining in the over. Bawne was batting on 12, with Maharashtra 60 for 2 in the 20th over.After the break, Bawne remained in the dressing room while Kedar Jadhav walked out to bat along with the opener Harshad Khadiwale, who was batting on 32.
