O estado com mais representantes no Brasileirão deste ano é São Paulo, com cinco times. São eles: Corinthians, Santos, São Paulo, Ponte Preta e Palmeiras.
No momento eles estão entre os dez primeiros do campeonato. Esta é a primeira vez em que todos os clubes paulistas ficam no Top 10 da competição na era dos pontos corridos (confira os números abaixo).

Mas não é só, somados os aproveitamentos dos cinco times citados acima (55,1%), teremos a melhor campanha do estado de SP nesse período, iniciado em 2003.

Como o campeonato ainda não acabou, o melhor aproveitamento registrado foi na edição de 2007, ano em que o São Paulo levou o título. Naquele BR, São Paulo, Santos, Palmeiras e Corinthians tiveram, juntos, 52,8% dos pontos disputados. Os três primeiros ficaram no Top 10, já o Timão sofreu com o rebaixamento.

Outra campanha de destaque dos paulistas foi em 2011, quando o Corinthians foi o campeão. Junto com São Paulo, Santos e Palmeiras somaram 51,1% dos pontos disputados. Sendo que só o Verdão ficou fora dos dez primeiros da competição.

A pior campanha dos times de São Paulo, de 2003 para cá, foi na edição de 2013, quando Portuguesa e Ponte Preta foram rebaixadas e nenhum dos representantes se classificou para a Libertadores. O melhor colocado foi o Santos, em 7. São Paulo, em 9, e Corinthians, em 10, completaram o time de paulistas.

Já a última vez em que cinco equipes paulistas ficaram no Top10 foi em 2004. Curiosamente estavam lá Santos, São Paulo, Palmeiras, Corinthians e Ponte Preta. No entanto, o campeonato era disputado por 24 clubes e o estado estava representado por sete times. Além dos já citados, São Caetano e Guarani estiveram presentes no certame.

Em 2015, o Corinthians lidera o campeonato e está próximo de confirmar o título, enquanto Santos, São Paulo, Palmeiras e Ponte Preta ainda brigam por vaga no G4.

Vale destacar que os 76 pontos conquistados pelo Timão até aqui já é a maior pontuação atingida por um clube paulista desde 2007, quando o São Paulo levantou a taça com 77.

Com exceção do Santos, que arrancou durante o campeonato, os outros quatro sempre estiveram brigando pelas primeiras posições. Apesar das oscilações de Palmeiras e São Paulo, os cinco se mantiveram com pontuações altas.

Não é à toa que a decisão da Copa do Brasil será entre clubes de São Paulo. Mesmo que sejam formatos diferentes de competição, um pouco dessa boa campanha no BR-15 foi confirmada no mata-mata.

Talvez esses números não indiquem superioridade, mas abrem a discussão para o balanço da temporada 2015 que, sem dúvidas, já é ótima para os paulistas.

يحرص نادي بوروسيا دورتموند الألماني، على الاحتفاظ بجوهرته إيرلينج هالاند، في ظل الإغراءات التي يتلقاها النجم النرويجي الشاب ليترك فريقه.

تلقى نجم بوروسيا دورتموند عرضًا رائعًا آخر، وهذه المرة من النادي الذي يتواجد فيه بالفعل في الوقت الذي يتبارى فيه ناديه للاحتفاظ بهالاند.

حاول بوروسيا دورتموند إقناع النجم المهاجم هالاند بالبقاء من خلال عرض تمديد عقد بضعف راتبه وفقًا لـ “Sport Bild”.

جذب هالاند انتباه كل فريق سوبر في القارة تقريبًا نظرًا لسجل اللاعب البالغ من العمر 21 عامًا أمام المرمى.

وقد سجل هالاند 47 هدفًا في 48 مباراة في الدوري الألماني منذ وصوله إلى سيجنال إيدونا بارك في ديسمبر من عام 2019.

نتيجة لذلك، فإن قائمة الأندية المهتمة بضم هالاند تطول، حيث ورد أن مانشستر يونايتد وريال مدريد ويوفنتوس مهتمون بخدماته، بينما من المتوقع أيضًا أن يضطر دورتموند إلى تجنب اهتمام بايرن ميونخ المنافس على اللقب.

عقد هالاند الحالي حتى صيف عام 2024، ولكن يُقال أيضًا أنه يتضمن شرطًا جزائيًا بقيمة 66 مليون جنيه إسترليني والذي سيدخل حيز التنفيذ في فترة الانتقالات الصيفية القادمة، وتلقى اللاعب عروضًا بقيمة 160 مليون باوند خلال نافذة الانتقالات الأخيرة.

تساءل الكثيرون عن سبب عدم إبرام دورتموند لصفقة مع أحد الأندية المهتمة نظرًا لأنهم كانوا مدركين جيدًا أنهم من المحتمل أن يخسروه الصيف المقبل بأقل من نصف هذا الرقم بسبب الشرط الجزائي.

ويفيد التقرير أن دورتموند يعمل على إقناع هالاند بالبقاء حتى عام 2023 بمضاعفة أجره في هذه العملية.

What’s the word?

According to A Bola, Porto have rejected Wolves’ latest bid for winger Jesus Corona, which is thought to be around €24m (£22m) and they still remain interested in signing him before next month’s deadline.

They claim that the Portuguese champions are unwilling to budge from his €30m release clause, meaning Jeff Shi is going to have to pay around £27.5m in order to clinch Nuno Santo’s target.

Doherty replacement?

Nuno will surely not be happy with the exit of Doherty for just £15m last month as he’s been a key cog to his system at Molineux over the past few seasons.

Marcal has been brought in from Champions League semi-finalists Lyon, so perhaps that could see Jonny shift back to his old right wing-back role, but he’s still out through injury, so that’s not a quick solution by any means.

The 27-year-old seems a perfect fit as he’s able to play anywhere along the wing and he’s very much in the mould of the Irishman, if not better.

In all competitions last season, the Mexican international racked up a whopping 21 assists, proving to be one of Porto’s most valuable creative outlets.

Across the Primeira Liga and the Europa League, Corona averaged 3.1 dribbles, 1.8 key passes, 1.7 interceptions and 1.6 crosses per game, via WhoScored.

One of his former youth coaches, Manuel Guerra, describes the wing-back as a “very tricky, very cheeky player,” adding: “He had great control and he was extraordinarily good at shielding the ball. He was also very quick and he had tremendous dribbling ability.”

Jeff Shi should stump up the extra £5m or so to resolve what will soon become a big issue for Wolves. Otherwise, it could well be a season of Adama Traore at right wing-back, which will hardly benefit their attacking prospects much.

In football, some stories boil under the surface for years before erupting into the mainstream press.At Fulham, Tony Khan has been something of a ticking timebomb for a number of years, with the Whites’ Director of Football having all the characteristics you’d want from a tabloid football villain.He’s outspoken, he’s arrogant and if we’re being brutally honest, he’s an easy target, being supremely underqualified for his role at Fulham and the privileged son of a billionaire who has benefitted from an obscene amount of nepotism.This week we’ve seen things boil over, a number of papers reported on Scott Parker’s scathing comments on him, fans on Twitter have called for his resignation, and Jamie Carragher labelled him a “clown” live on Sky Sports (via The Sun).However, despite so many supporters calling for him to resign, and the American quite simply making a mess of the club’s last two Premier League campaigns, he’s still in a job, and he will be for the foreseeable future.

The reality is that Khan shouldn’t hold such a position, he has no fewer than four jobs listed in his Twitter bio, and if he’s juggling the running of a wrestling promotion, an NFL team and an analytics company all while trying to be a competent Director of Football, he’s going to struggle.

There quite simply aren’t enough hours in a week to do each of those roles justice, and over the past few months, it seems as though Fulham have been losing the battle for his attention.

The fact of the matter is that he is basically the de-facto owner of the club, with actual chairman Shahid Khan rarely getting involved these days,Âand if he is going to be ousted from his role, he’s going to have to sack himself, and that doesn’t seem at all likely.

In all of his wisdom, Khan told a fan to ‘go to hell’ last year when he was told to leave the club, while also making it clear that he won’t be leaving, claiming that he plans to die at the club, and while that isn’t the best way to handle your PR, it is also a sign of just how stubborn he is.

Khan won’t give this job up anytime soon, he’s the one who decides on these matters and it certainly doesn’t look like he’s going to follow Glenn Tamplin’s example and sack himself anytime soon.

It’s hard for Fulham fans to not get involved in this, and the crusade to oust Khan from his role at the club is happening for a reason, but these vocal supporters are fighting a losing battle. Khan is here to stay, whether they like it or not.

A conquista coroa um excelente ano para o clube nas categorias de base. No início de 2015 o sub-20 já havia vencido a Copa São Paulo, e o sub-17 também faturou troféus importantes, como o Mundial juvenil e também a Taça BH.

Foi a primeira vez que o Timãozinho jogou uma partida oficial na Arena, e a estreia foi com muita festa.11.856 pessoas pagaram ingresso para ver a decisão, que teve presenças ilustres. Em um dos camarotes do estádio, o técnico Tite assistiu ao jogo acompanhado do presidente alvinegro, Roberto de Andrade, e de outros membros da cúpula corintiana.

O desempenho em campo, contudo, ficou um pouco aquém. Depois de um empate sem gols no primeiro tempo, o Santos abriu o placar no início da etapa final, comBruno Leonardo. Glasgow Rangers are close to completing the signing of long-term target Bongani Zungu, according to reports.

What’s the word?

KickOff claims Zungu is already on his way to Glasgow with a fee yet to be agreed by both clubs.

The 27-year-old is reportedly ready to leave Amiens following the French outfit’s relegation to Ligue 2 last term.

It’s claimed that Rangers have reached an agreement with The Unicorns as Zungu has refused to sign a new deal.

He is now valued at a mere £1.44m via Transfermarkt although it was reported in July that the struggling French side wanted at least £3.6m for the 24-cap South Africa international.

Perfect fit

It is no secret that Steven Gerrard wants to strengthen the midfield before the close of play on Monday with Rangers remaining interested in Preston North End’s Daniel Johnson.

After Gerrard’s side secured Europa League qualification by beating Galatasaray last week, they have now turned their attention to signing Zungu instead.

The South African played 21 games in Ligue 1 last season, picking up 1 assist, as per Transfermarkt, whilst he made 1.3 tackles and 1 clearance per game, via SofaScore.

If we’re being honest, Steven Davis has ably deputised for Joe Aribo and Ryan Kent in their absence, but he has only started five games in the Scottish Premiership so far.

At 35 years of age, the former club captain isn’t getting any younger anytime soon, and it is about time the board brought in a suitable replacement.

Zungu will join his teammates Ianis Hagi, Leon Balogun, Calvin Bassey, Kemar Roofe, Cedric Itten and Jon McLaughlin in the long list of new arrivals and provide some competition for places in the midfield at Ibrox.

His mentor Pitso Mosimane, who signed the player for Mamelodi Sundowns, once said the central midfielder plays “in the style of Vieira.”

If everything goes to plan, Gerrard will finally get the most important piece of the puzzle, and he should have his move completed in time for tonight’s midnight deadline, which will make him the club’s seventh signing of the summer.
