وكان الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “فيفا” أعلن عن تعيين لجنة خماسية برئاسة عمرو الجنايني لإدارة الاتحاد المصري وذلك في أعقاب استقالة الاتحاد السابق على خلفية خروج المنتخب الوطني الأول من كأس الأمم الإفريقية بمصر.

كشف ميشيل يانكون مدرب حراس مرمى الأهلي عن الرسالة التي بعثها السويسري رينيه فايلر المدير الفني السابق لفريق الكرة بالقلعة الحمراء، بعد الفوز على الزمالك والتتويج بلقب دوري أبطال إفريقيا.

Mauricio Pochettino has built a near-unbreakable bond with his Tottenham Hotspur players as they prepare for the Champions League final.

Spurs have been through the wringer in this season’s competition, taking one point from their opening three games, needing to draw with Barcelona in the Camp Nou to qualify for the knockout rounds, beating Borussia Dortmund handsomely over two legs, narrowly squeezing past Manchester City thanks to Fernando Llorente’s hip and VAR and then miraculously overcoming the odds to down Ajax in Amsterdam.

Now, they are 90 minutes away from immortality; Tottenham Hotspur are, incredibly, one game from being champions of Europe.

If they are victorious, captain Hugo Lloris will join an elite group of players who have won the World Cup and the Champions League in the same season.

And he insists that it will mean more because of the man he is playing under.

Quoted by Football.London, he said: “Now we have a fantastic opportunity in the Champions League. It’s the biggest trophy that you can win and when it’s in front of you, you must do everything to get it.

“It means even more when you do it with people that you really want to do it. With Mauricio it means even more.”

This is key.

Henrik Larsson could return to Celtic as a member of Neil Lennon’s backroom staff this summer, according to The Scottish Sun.

The paper reckon he is on a shortlist of names that Lennon has drawn up to complement current coaches John Kennedy, Damien Duff and Stevie Woods.

Larsson is of course a playing legend of the club, having scored an incredible 242 goals in 315 appearances between 1997 and 2004.

Today’s Hammers transfer roundup includes an imminent deal for a Spanish international, a potential departure to a rival and interest in a Bundesliga teenager.

Fornals deal close to finalised

According to AS, Pablo Fornals will complete his move to the London Stadium within the coming days. Although Fornals has a release clause of €33m (£29.3m) , the deal could be completed for around €25m (£22.2m), a good price for what could be a very good addition to Pellegrini’s midfield.

West Brom target Oxford

Reece Oxford could soon be on his way to West Brom according to the Telegraph. The 20-year-old was seemingly set to re-join German side Augsburg after spending part of last year there on loan, but that has stalled, leaving the door open for the Baggies. Middlesborough are also interested.

Hammers interested in Kabak

Stuttgart’s Ozan Kabak is of interest to the London outfit according to the Guardian. The 19-year-old only joined the German side last summer, but is available for €15m (£13.3m) and may be looking for a move after his team were relegated. Bayern Munich are also interested.

وكان الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم قد أعلن، قبل يومين، إقرار قيود جديدة على مسألة انتقال اللاعبين الأجانب الشباب إلى الأندية الإنجليزية، حيث لا تستطيع الأخيرة ضم لاعبين تحت سن 18 عامًا.

إلى جانب وجود قيود مشددة على انتقال اللاعبين الشباب دون سن الـ21 عامًا إلى الأندية الإنجليزية (لمطالعة التفاصيل من هنا).

وقال كلوب، في تصريحات نشرتها شبكة “ليفربول إيكو” الإنجليزية: “مايكل إدواردز (المدير الرياضي للنادي) شارك في الكثير من هذه المناقشات وقاتلت الأندية بشدة من أجل إيجاد حل، نوع من الحل الجيد أو الأفضل قدر الإمكان”.

وأضاف: “بالنسبة لي، هذا مجرد قرار، وربما لكان أسوأ إذا تم بدون مناقشات، ما زلت أنتظر الميزة الأولى لخروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي التي يمكن لأي شخص أن يخبرني بها، ما الذي سيتحسن حقًا بعد خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي؟ أريد معرفة ذلك”.

وواصل: “بصفتي شخصًا مهتمًا، أنتظر فقط حتى أول تأثير إيجابي حقيقي لخروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي، ربما لم أقرأ في هذا الشأن بسبب انشغالي بكرة القدم كثيرًا ولكني لا أعرف الكثير لأكون صادقًا”.

واستكمل: “في كرة القدم الآن، دعنا نستخدم ذلك كمثال، يريد الناس – أعتقد أن الاتحاد الإنجليزي أو أي شيء آخر – يريدون التأكد من أن الأندية لا تتعاقد مع الكثير من اللاعبين من دول أخرى لأنهم يخشون عدم وجود مواهب إنجليزية كافية قادرة على شق طريقها”.

وأردف: “إذا نظرت إلى المنتخبات الوطنية الإنجليزية، بمختلف مستوياتها، ستجد إنها ضمن أفضل اثنين أو ثلاث منتخبات، إن لم تكن الأفضل، وذلك في جميع الفئات العمرية تقريبًا بالنظر إلى الموهبة الموجودة بنسبة 100 %”.

وتابع: “جودة اللاعبين الإنجليز الشباب تأتي بسبب وجود الكثير من اللاعبين الأجانب الذين يلعبون كرة قدم جيدة بجوارهم (في أنديتهم)، من ثم فنحن لا يمكننا صناعة المزيد من المواهب الإنجليزية عن طريق إنكار المواهب الأخرى، ولكن كما قلت لا أستطيع الحكم في تلك الأمور”.

واختتم: “هذه مجرد واحدة من أصغر المشاكل التي سنكون جميعًا على صلة بها عندما يكون خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي مُفعل رسميًا”.

يُذكر أن بريطانيا ستخرج بشكل رسمي من الاتحاد الأوروبي بحلول مطلع يناير المقبل.

No move for Pepe

According to the Liverpool Echo, one of those potential new arrivals will not be Lille’s Nicolas Pepe. The 22-year-old Ivorian has had a fantastic campaign with the Ligue 1 side, notching up 22 goals and 11 assists, and will likely be on the move this summer. RMC Sport’s Mohamed Bouhafsi had reported that Liverpool were interested in the player, but the Echo has rebuffed those claims, saying the player is not under consideration.

German stay for Grujic?

Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic may be on this way to the Bundesliga, according to Goal.com. The former Red Star Belgrade player spent the past season on loan at Hertha Berlin, and the side from the German capital are looking to bring him in on a permanent basis. However, Eintracht Frankfurt and Werder Bremen are also interested in Grujic, who is valued at £25m by the Anfield club.

Wilson eyed by Bundesliga

Harry Wilson could be following Grujic out of the door this summer, according to the Daily Mirror. Following a successful season with Derby County in the Championship, the Reds are prepared to let the 21-year-old leave for £21m. Some of the interest is coming from abroad, with Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig keeping an eye on the Welshman, but Leicester and Aston Villa are also interested alongside Valencia and Getafe.
