– Será um jogo muito difícil onde as duas equipes têm potencial para garantir a classificação. Ganhamos esse primeiro encontro no sábado, pelo estadual, mas era um cenário totalmente diferente. Dessa vez eles vão vir com tudo até pela importância de avançar e por ser um jogo único. A premiação financeira também pesa nesse fator e sabemos o quanto é importante para o Operário se classificar pra terceira fase.

Na primeira fase, o Operário venceu por 2 a 0 o Juventude Samas, enquanto o Coritiba bateu por 1 a 0 o União Rondonópolis. Além da vaga na terceira fase, o confronto também vale mais R$ 1,7 milhão ao clube classificado.

Aston Villa have suffered a morale-sapping and seemingly relentless succession of injuries in recent weeks, headlined by a serious knee issue for midfielder Boubacar Kamara. The midfielder, who was forced off in the 2-1 Premier League defeat to Manchester United last weekend, has become the third Villa player to sustain an anterior cruciate ligament injury in the space of a season after Tyrone Mings and Emiliano Buendia.

While Kamara's absence will weaken Unai Emery's side in midfield, Villa's issues are particularly acute at centre-back. With Mings already missing, Ezri Konsa is a week into a potential month-long absence with a knee sprain, and Diego Carlos could miss a stretch of games too after injuring his hamstring in training.

Former Australia captain-turned-commentator Ian Chappell has revealed he has been undergoing intense radiotherapy after being diagnosed with skin cancer.The 75-year-old Chappell, who played 75 Tests for Australia from 1964 to 1980, said he had completed five weeks of treatment, having cancers removed from his shoulder, neck and underarm. The pathology has come back clear, according to him, and he expects to be fit to commentate during ‘s Ashes coverage in August.”I didn’t tell too many people early on. Mainly because I just wasn’t sure what the radiotherapy would involve and how weary I’d be,” Chappell told .”But as it turned out, it wasn’t so bad. A bit of tiredness at night and a bit of skin irritation, but other than that I’m feeling pretty good. I told family and gradually a couple of my team-mates and I’ve been getting calls from them pretty regularly which is nice.”With the Ashes coming up now, I’ll speak to Nine and just say, ‘look, I’m ready to go if you need me.”Chappell, who made 5345 Test runs at an average of 42.42, also revealed that he enjoyed a family reunion with his brothers Greg and Trevor.”When you hit 70 you feel (vulnerable) anyhow, but I guess I’ve got so used to bloody skin cancers over the years, and the fact that none of them have been melanomas, probably provides a bit of comfort. Three wickets from Rohan Mustafa and a 59-run fourth-wicket stand between Rameez Shahzad (49) and Muhammad Usman (34) helped UAE take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the four-match T20I series against Netherlands in Amstelveen.Despite winning their first match while batting first, UAE chose to chase after winning the toss and were rewarded instantly. Netherlands opener Stephan Myburgh was out in the day’s first over after pacer Mohammad Naveed rattled his stumps. وهذا ما أكده كارفاخال في ساعات متأخرة خلال وجوده في المستشفى التي نُقل إليها لمعرفة إصابته، وكتب على حسابه بمنصة “إنستجرام”: “تم تأكيد إصابتي بقطع في الرباط الصليبي”.

وتابع: “سأضطر إلى الخضوع لعملية جراحية والابتعاد عن الملاعب لعدة أشهر”.

واستمر: “أتطلع بالفعل إلى البدء في التعافي والعودة بقوة، شكرًا جزيلًا لكم جميعًا على رسائلكم”.

حتى الآن، لم يصدر ريال مدريد بيانًا رسميًا عبر موقعه الإلكتروني بإصابة كارفاخال ولكن موسم الظهير الأيمن قد انتهى بالفعل.

Wolves didn't make any signings in the January transfer window, which may be a source of frustration for Gary O'Neil. They came close on at least two occasions, backing out of a deal for Yuri Alberto over the demands of his agents and competing for the loan signature of Armando Broja before he chose to join Fulham.

O'Neil knew that as Wolves worked to ensure their compliance with the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules, he had a very limited budget available, but he was under the impression that loaning out Fabio Silva and Sasa Kalajdzic to Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt respectively would free up the necessary funds.

Looking ahead, there's a feeling that Wolves' summer business may be dictated by the level of interest in their star players, a group that includes winger Pedro Neto.

Neto interest may force Wolves' hand

According to Pete O'Rourke and Football Insider, Wolves may have to sell Neto this summer to raise money for incoming transfers. Fosun know that they must part with "one or two top players" in the off-season, and Neto is expected to be the most coveted.

While Wolves would ideally like to keep him at Molineux, he's already being targeted by teams both in the Premier League and in Europe, and they're in a position where they have to "sell to buy big".

"Incredible" Neto could be a lucrative sacrifice

Neto's output in the league this season has been nothing short of amazing when you consider his limited minutes. In just 14 Premier League games (13 starts), he's set up eight goals, which is unsurprisingly enough to rank him top of the leaderboard for assists per 90. He also sits fifth for goal-creating actions per 90, further highlighting the extent of his impact.

O'Neil has unsurprisingly been raving about the Portuguese, praising not only his quality but also his discipline and tactical awareness. The big question, then, is how much Wolves could get for Neto. It's previously been suggested that they'll demand £60m for his services, which would represent the most lucrative sale in the club's history. Em entrevista para o jornalista Flávio Ortega, nesta segunda-feira, o camisa 77 do Timão comentou a situação que ocorreu no início de março e gerou polêmica entre torcedores e a imprensa. Segundo ele, a questão foi resolvida internamente, mas rechaçou que tenha faltado responsabilidade e o que aconteceu foi em um dia de folga, sem festa e com todos os protocolos.

-Já tive a oportunidade de falar sobre isso, foram coisas bem breves que aconteceram e a gente conseguiu resolver internamente, mas houve sim um pequeno erro meu na questão da exposição, mas como eu falei, estava num dia de folga com a minha esposa, em um resort no qual tinha os protocolos. Claro que a gente vinha de um surto dentro do clube, mas em nenhum momento fui irresponsável nem deixei de pensar nos meus companheiros, estava em um dia de folga, com a minha esposa, não estava fazendo festa, não estava fazendo nada, estava em um momento de descanso, cumprindo os protocolos de um resort, grande, que tem nome, estava tudo certinho.

Jô salientou que todas as arestas foram aparadas internamente, os pedidos de desculpas foram feitos e aceitos pela clube e pelos companheiros de elenco, mas lamentou a ação do tribunal da internet em cima do caso.

-Só a exposição que foi o erro, aí sim fui atacado, mas eu pedi desculpas para os meus amigos, para o clube, que eu não poderia ter feito essa exposição e a vida seguiu. A gente sabe que vive num mundo em que todo mundo é juiz para julgar, que ninguém mais erra, ninguém faz nada, então a gente fica nesse mundo, mas isso acontece, infelizmente as pessoas julgam mesmo e a gente está preparado para isso. Com a minha família estou muito bem, aqui no clube a gente tem um relacionamento muito bom, todos entenderam, eu me posicionei na questão de qual foi o erro e assim a vida segue – concluiu.

Segundo Vagner Mancini e a diretoria, em entrevistas recentes. o assunto foi tratado apenas com conversas, sem punição aos atletas envolvidos no caso. Jô foi titular no último domingo, contra o Ituano e marcou o segundo gol da vitória por 2 a 0, pela fase de grupos do Paulistão. Ele deve ser titular na quinta-feira, na estreia do Corinthians pela Copa Sul-Americana, contra o River Plate-PAR.
